Messages received after work hours will be responded to the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your inquiry to be responded to.

Once you place an order and payment is successfully processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We fulfill most orders same-day if placed before 3:00PM EST. Because of this we are unable to make changes to orders, including products, payment methods, shipping service, delivery & shipping addresses. If you placed an order and need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible at support@bravefort.com so we can determine the best resolution.

If an item(s) you purchased has gone out of stock, you will be refunded for the value of the item(s). Any other item in your order will be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is processed or any other changes to your order is made. Refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to process. 

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed and processed, and another email after it has shipped. The shipping time for your order depends on different factors such as the shipping method you selected at checkout, the country of destination and the shipping carrier.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times begin from the date of dispatch and in many cases do not include weekends and holidays. You can track your order directly via the email you receive or by going to the Track Order page.

Once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, we can not make any changes to to your order, this includes the following:

• Changing the item color or size
  
• Delivery/billing address
  
• Adding items to your order
  
• Shipping method
  
• Shipping Carrier

If you made a mistake when you placed your order, please contact us at support@bravefort.com as soon as possible so we can determine the best course of action to help you.

**All claims for goods arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.**

First we apologize if you received the wrong item or if the item you received is faulty or damaged. If the item you received is wrong or defective please contact us right at away with the following information:

• Order number (starts with #BRTF)
  
• Specify which item is defective 
• A description of the issue
  
• Photo evidence of the damage
  

Please do not send back any defective items unless directed to do so by one our support representatives, it may result in a slower resolution time.

Until proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot process a refund, credit or replacement.

Once we've received the above information and a member of our support team verifies it, we'll quickly find a resolution to the issue.
